What is a personal injury? Well, it involves all injuries that may occurred to an individual. These injuries could be from a car wreck, train wreck, 18 wheeler wreck, on the job injury and others Some of these injuries are recoverable, and a person may recover damages for their suffering.

Usually a person may recover money damages or other equity damages for personnal injuries, if one can show that another entity is liable for those damages. The theory of damages is an attempt to make the person whole, which could include money damages.

The key to remember in any personal injury action, is that facts are a trial lawyers best weapons, and the more facts a trial lawyer can amass, the greater chances of the client's success. A trial lawyer, needs all facts available to fully develop any type of lawsuit, and the failure to receive all the facts possible, may injure the case. Therefore, any person involved in a personal injury action action, should gather as many facts as possible to assist his or her lawyer to prosecute the lawsuit.
